How we do it:

Step 1:
Brand Audit

We evaluate your current brand materials (website, social channels, brochures, impact reports) to determine whether and to what degree they reflect your brand values and objectives. We’ll also benchmark against three other organizations in your space.

Step 2:
Align Brand + Purpose

We conduct a voice of stakeholder survey consisting of 10 one-to-one interviews and up to three focus groups with key stakeholders (in-person or via Zoom) to determine how your community views and speaks about your brand and how well your brand and purpose are aligned.

Step 3:
Brainstorm
Brand Strategy

We’ll facilitate a 1/2 day strategic planning session to review the results of our audit with your leadership and brainstorm ways to bring your values, your community and your story into alignment.

Step 4:
Track + Assess Brand Impact

We define and refine your “key purpose Indicators” or KPIs, which are quantifiable metrics that track and measure your organization’s progress towards your strategic goals and identify potential areas for improvement.
